Excellent, tons of knowledge, no b.s. Im no expert, but alot of the shops stay with what's available, and if its not available im on my own. Eric's approach is if what I want isn't available, well then he will just build what I want. That's awesome because what I want is what I want, and is what im very happy to pay him for.
